A group of three teachers from our school travelled to Volos, Greece, where they enjoyed a fantastic job-shadow experience. They could observe how other European teachers work and deal with the issues which our project focuses on: improving the language environment and the social cohesion.

The students and staff of the 20 Geniko Lykeio Neas Ionias received very warmly our teachers, and they held meetings with the Erasmus Coordinator and with the School Counselor.

During their stay, they also met students and teachers from Romania, Italy and Poland, who were participating in other Erasmus projects. Therefore, they could share experiences with teachers with other nationalities and backgrounds.
