Taking part in this course has provided me with useful strategies to manage and run the school. These skills are especially related to organisational and relational aspects.

Besides this formal knowlege adquisition, I found of the utmost interest the networking created with the rest of the teachers enrolled in the course, not only thanks to the activities which were proposed by the teacher, but also in a more informal way during the break periods.
